We try to see you as soon as possible, often within a few days, and we welcome walk ins. Urgent cases are prioritised so you can get timely care and get back on your feet quickly.
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
You’re welcome to walk in. If we have availability, we’ll do our best to see you as soon as possible. For the quickest service (and to secure your preferred time), we recommend booking ahead.
Can I change or reschedule my appointment online?
If you booked through our online booking system, you can change or reschedule your appointment online using the confirmation email/SMS link (or by logging back into the booking portal).
